3. Express Disclosures: Magnus Publishing - THE CONTEXT Journal
3.1- Publication of articles received will occur only with your consent
after Magnus Publishing - THE CONTEXT editorial board
approves publication. However, your submission of manuscript via online
submission channel or by email itself indicates your agreement for publication
of your article after the editorial board approval.
3.2- Magnus Publishing will not use your
submission, subject to (3.6) below, in any way other than posting to THE
CONTEXT quarterly on line journal bearing ISSN 2349-4948.
3.3- That Magnus Publishing cannot control third
party usage of your article once posted online and that you, the submitter,
clearly understand and agree to this, and agree absolutely not to issue any
legal proceedings against Magnus Publishing should a
third party be proven by a court of law to have used wholly or partially any,
all or part of your submission.
3.4- That you, the submitter, by submitting your article, confirm and
agree that the work is wholly your own, that the article has been exclusively
submitted to THE CONTEXT journal, and where ideas or thoughts have been
included that emanated from a third party, you have clearly acknowledged, in a
scholarly way, that fact, and that you, the submitter, agree unreservedly not
to claim financial reward for the said online publishing of your article. You
further confirm that the article has not been published elsewhere or is in
consideration for publishing elsewhere. You also agree unreservedly that you
will not seek republishing of the said published article, in the original or an
edited form, without first obtaining the written permission of the Magnus Publishing. Magnus Publishing may from
time to time request two independent names who may be contacted by Magnus Publishing.
3.5- That once you have agreed to have your article published on-line,
it will not be removed unless - your written request is forwarded to Magnus Publishing - THE CONTEXT and responded to. The decision to
remove any article remains absolutely with Magnus Publishing - THE CONTEXT.
3.6- Every year critically acclaimed articles are compiled and published
in that year’s journal. By agreeing to have your article published on www.thecontext.in Internet site, you unreservedly agree that your article may be entered into
that year’s journal.
3.7- Copyright – though the copyright for the article remains with the
submitter upon on-line publication, the author agrees unreservedly to allow Magnus Publishing to post that article on-line or in any hard-bound
publication as Magnus Publishing determines in their
sole discretion.
3.8- We levy article processing charges towards editing and on-line web
work, the Magnus Publishing requires that authors pay
such charges before publication failing which his / her article will not be
published even though the acceptance of manuscript is intimated to the author.
It is author’s responsibility to keep in contact with the journal and respond
in timely manner.
3.9- If the submitted article is accepted for publication Magnus Publishing THE CONTEXT Journal requires that authors sign
Licensing Agreement before publication failing which his / her article will not
be published even though the acceptance of manuscript is intimated to the

3.10- The Magnus Publishing - THE CONTEXT journal
grants permission for articles published on this site to be photocopied without
any request for royalties, subject to the following conditions: (a) that
reproductions must only be used for non-profit educational purposes (b) that
each photocopy include the entire bibliography (c) that no permission is
granted to any other on-line or hard cover journal to republish any article
whatsoever without the express written permission of the Magnus Publishing - THE CONTEXT journal. Breaches may result in legal
proceedings.
3.11- Content Disclaimer: copyright of the published content remains
with the author(s); all copyright conflicts, including but not limited to plagiarism,
shall be the responsibility of the who submitted respective content.
4. Content License (applicable for articles published in The Context Journal only)
4.1 Copyright and License
Authors choosing online Open Access publication will retain
copyright in their articles. Magnus Publishing applies
the Creative
Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License (CC BY-NC) to works we publish
in The Context Journal. Under this license, authors retain ownership of the
copyright for their content, but allow end User to use it as expressed in CC
BY-NC as long as the original authors and source are cited. No special
permission is required.
4.2 Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License
The Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License (CC BY-NC)
permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original
work is properly cited and is not used for commercial purposes.
Copyright in any online open Access article published under the CC
BY-NC license is retained by the author(s). Authors grant Magnus Publishing a license to publish the article and identify itself
as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third party the right to use
the article freely as long as it is not used for commercial purposes and its
original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy - Publication
The Magnus Publishing reserves the right to refuse/cancel the publication in The Context. If Magnus Publishing refuses publication, registrants will be offered a refund.
5.1 Publication Cancellation by Participant
Publication cancellations received within 7 days of
registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less Rs. 30/- service
fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible
for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail,
and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. In addition:
- All refund requests must be made by
the member with proof of identity and account details.
- Refund requests must include the name
of the author and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the
original subscribing author with proof of identity and account details.
- All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be
cancelled/returned to the Magnus Publishing.
The above policies apply to all Magnus Publishing Authors unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all
individual program information thoroughly.
